Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily financial records, ledgers, and transactions.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and internal account audits to ensure data integrity.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and basic reporting structures.
• Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize financial data, generate reports, and streamline accounting processes.
• Documentation: Organize, file, and maintain all financial vouchers, invoices, and expense reports professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com/BBA), or part-qualified ACCA/CA.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in a core accounts or finance role.
• Technical Skills:
• Solid fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and standard bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data formatting).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and excellent time management skills.
