Accounts Officer (Female)

Lahore, Pakistan

Summary
Handle day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. Minimum B.Com and 1 year relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post JV, PV, RV and maintain ledgers
  • Manage AP and AR, invoicing, vendor bills, and follow ups
  • Daily cash and bank postings, bank reconciliation
  • Maintain petty cash with proper vouchers and filing
  • Assist in monthly closing and MIS reports
  • Support tax withholding entries and basic compliance
  • Coordinate with auditor for documents and schedules

Requirements

  • B.Com minimum
  • 1 year accounting experience
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP)
  • Familiar with any ERP or accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.)
  • Attention to detail, good documentation, and follow up
