Accounts Officer (Male/ Female)

A fast-growing Lahore-based cosmetics online store is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer / Accountant to join our finance Department. If you have strong accounting expertise and experience managing financial operations in an e-commerce or retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Maintain ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations
• Manage inventory costing and stock reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with Sales Tax & Income Tax regulations
• Assist with audits and financial reporting
• Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, ACCA – Part Qualified preferred)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (e-commerce/retail preferred)
• Strong grip on accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, ERP, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good knowledge of Pakistan tax regulations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
