Accounts Officer (Male or Female)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel, and the ability to manage client accounts efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and prepare financial statements and accounting reports for clients.

Manage and update invoices and incoming and outgoing payments.

Perform book reconciliations promptly and accurately.

Maintain daily financial records and prepare all related reports and correspondence.

Manage books of accounts for various business types.

Analyze financial data and summarize financial status for reporting.

Ensure all accounts are maintained in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

Qualification: BS in accounting & finance, MBA/ICMA/ACCA finalist, or CA Part qualified

Experience: 3 to 4 years in a relevant accounting role

Skills:

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and time management skills

Thorough knowledge of advanced accounting procedures and principles

Language: English (Required)
