Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records for real estate projects.
- Track and record procurement expenses including materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable related to construction and vendor transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of payments and purchase orders.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with the procurement and project management teams for financial accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash for site and office expenditures.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and project cost reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
