If you have office clerical/administrative/accounting experience then this is the job for you. The Accounting Office for Nissan of Boerne is seeking a productive/energetic individual to join our team of six individuals who handle all accounting functions for the dealership. This position is responsible for processing payments to vendors, paying-off loans, processessing reimbursements, and a variety of other accounting clerical functions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal controls to insure compliance with company policies and to safeguard the dealership’s assets.
• Issue all disbursements.
• Maintain payable schedules and insure all bills are paid.
• Payoff all loans related to sold inventory and customer trade-ins.
• Assit with payroll input and payment.
• Provide accounting support to management team.

Position Requirements:

• Office and accounting clerical experience
• Efficient use of DMS
• Excellent Excell skills
• Excellent analytical ability
• Maintains a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
• Communicates effectively and professionally with internal staff and external customer
• Must have a valid driving license
