Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant

Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant to support our AP Team Lead. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities

  • Code and batch invoices for processing
  • Perform accurate data entry into the AP system
  • Prepare and mail checks and remittance documents
  • Assist with AP reports and payment schedules
  • File and maintain AP records
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • General administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ year of accounts payable or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience with AP or property management software a plus
