The Role

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end close activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Operations
Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and recorded in the accounting system.
Maintain and reconcile accounts payable aging reports and prepare payment schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor payment and billing inquiries.
Reconciliations & Month-End Close
Perform AP reconciliations, including vendor statements and balance sheet accounts.
Assist with month-end close activities such as accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Support the preparation of internal financial reports related to payables.
Process Improvement & Reporting Support
Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and automation.
Provide accurate data to support financial reporting and management analysis.
Collaborate with the finance team to enhance reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards.
Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
Support implementation of audit recommendations related to accounts payable.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
What Do We Offer?
Work Location: Onsite
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Office Location: Plot Number 18-C, Kaghan Road, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad, 44000

Compensation & Benefits:
Benefits: EOBI contributions as per Pakistan’s labor laws.
