Accounts Payable Clerk

Our company is hiring for an accounts payable clerk. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent. This position is for our Location in Dallas, TX 75228.

If the applicant is selected, will be hired immediately

Responsibilities for accounts payable

1. Daily bookkeeping and record keeping

2. Managing accounts payables using Netsuite

3. Handling accounts payables for separate entities and vendors

4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors

5. Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures

6. Processing invoices that are due for payments

7. Comparing purchasing transactions

8. Performing accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries

9. Willing to work with management in other duties as needed

Qualifications for accounts payable

1. Attention to detail oriented

2. Consistent

3. Good problem-solving skills

4. Meticulous

5. Familiar with Netsuite is a plus

6. Works hard and is enthusiastic

7. English/Spanish is a plus

8. Be willing to consider duties outside the scope of accounts payable as needed by management.

9. Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

10. Able to multitask and work well with team members in office.

11. Dress Code is Business Casual.

Work days are

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Benefits

Paid weekly with benefits after 60 days (Medical, Dental & Vision Insurances). 1-week paid vacations after 1 year of service. After 90 days will be eligible for monthly incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 per hour
