Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Compliance Oversight
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and assist auditing team with necessary financial information.
- Maintain accurate General Ledger accounts in adherence to relevant accounting principles for audits.
- Manage detailed financial records and transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Record and process vendor bills from external suppliers while ensuring accurate booking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial reporting processes and improve compliance measures.
Revenue Reconciliation and Invoicing
- Verify and reconcile daily sales reports to accurately record revenue monthly.
- Reconcile bank statements and Kidzapp receivables to ensure accurate revenue accounting.
- Issue invoices for Kidzapp usage, especially in cases related to Orange Wheels.
- Create sales invoices for intercompany transactions among the 12 centres.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing processes for intercompany sales, maintaining consistency and compliance.
Accounts Payable and Expense Management
- Process vendor invoices and manage vendor reconciliation.
- Create vendor profiles in ODOO and manage purchase transactions in subsidiary companies.
- Handle personal petty expenses of the CEOs and record prepayments for expenses such as visas, licenses, and rent.
- Monitor and analyze petty cash expenditures of CEOs to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial records.
Financial Transaction Processing and Approvals
- Verify, approve, and process transportation allowances for staff members across specified locations.
- Approve and process recurring payments for various entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and reconcile receivables and advances issued to different parties, ensuring proper tracking and collection.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to expedite payment processes and resolve any payment discrepancies effectively.
Monthly Financial Operations and Asset Management
- Match internal transactions between related parties for accuracy and compliance.
- Settle advances, process transportation allowances, and manage fixed assets and depreciation monthly.
- Handle personal accounts of the two CEOs and ensure accurate recording of their financial transactions.
Educational qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA in Finance is preferable
- Certifications such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CA (Chartered Accountant).
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Finance & Accounts
Industry Exposure:
- Must have manufacturing industry experience.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
