Accounts Payable Lead

A Florida-based services organization is actively seeking a new Accounts Payable Lead to focus on critical financial management tasks and the opportunity to transition from temp to permanent.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday in Maitland, FL
• Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Availability to interview/start ASAP
• Compensation: $25-$35 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable
• Reconciling/coding general ledger accounts
• Recording journal vouchers
• Preparing monthly accruals and payments
• Managing vendor relationships and payments
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience
• High School Diploma / GED
• Proficient in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven leadership experience
• Ability to work in a complex team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Healthcare industry experience
