Responsibilities:
o Examine, input, and authorize 60–100 invoices daily on the AppFolio platform.
o Manage disbursement of payments for various property-related expenditures.
o Review each invoice thoroughly to ensure compliance with Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
o Obtain payment approvals from Property Managers and Operations team members.
o Maintain and manage spreadsheets for:
o Utility import data files
o Inspection records
o Fire safety documentation
o Establish and maintain vendor relationships:
o Set up new vendors in the system
o Ensure ongoing compliance with required documentation
o Investigate unpaid invoices and resolve vendor inquiries in coordination with the Accounting Manager.
o Assist with annual 1099 filings for property vendors and shared corporate vendors.
o Perform other related duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Qualifications:
o Academic degree in accounting, or related field.
o Interest in real estate management accounting with related experience
o High accuracy in typing at a minimum of 50 wpm.
o Microsoft excel proficiency and ability to use pivot tables
o A self-motivator with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
o Familiarity with AppFolio
o Working hours aligned to U.S. Pacific Standard Time 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
