Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist – Melbourne, FL | 100% Onsite | $22–$25/hr

CONTRACT role - Approximately 6 months

Looking for a high-volume AP pro ! Our client needs a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist (~6 months) due to a recent acquisition.

What you’ll do:

✅ Process up to 150 invoices/day

✅ Handle full-cycle AP: checks, wires, ACH

✅ Reconcile vendor statements & support 1099/year-end

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years AP/general accounting experience
• Comfortable processing 100+ invoices daily (REQUIRED)
• Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains experience a plus
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
