Yardstick Marketing Management is a 13-year-old integrated marketing agency delivering strategic, creative, and performance-driven solutions to leading brands. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting and project-level profitability tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and experience in handling receivables, payables, invoicing, and commission calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Estimates and Client Invoices in Zoho Books
• Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivable and collections
• Manage Accounts Payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Track and analyze Project Profitability
• Calculate and process Sales Commissions
• Handle and reconcile Petty Cash transactions
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with monthly closing and reporting processes
• Support audits and compliance requirements as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
