Apply your knowledge and expertise in managing the company’s Accounts Payable operations. In this role, you will help keep the Payables operations accurate, organized, and efficient. What will you do?

Company seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to help maintain our Payables operation. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

· Complete proper 2-way match on all inventory purchases.

· Review and approve all vouchers for payment.

· Accurately enter invoices to be paid into the company’s ERP. system

· Processes payments requested as needed, including employee expense checks.

· Ensure that all items to be paid follow the company’s approval guidelines.

· Answer vendor inquiries.

· Analyze vendor accounts and makes recommendations as needed.

· Assist in monthly closing process for Accounts Payable operations.

· Assist with special projects, as necessary.

· Process check run

· Proficient in Excel

· Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent organization skills and keen attention to detail.

· Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple on-going assignments.

· Proven organizational, and communication skills

· Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school is a plus.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
