Accounts Payable Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Reconcile vendor statements and efficiently resolve discrepancies.
• Manage the accounts payable inbox and professionally address vendor inquiries.
• Ensure accurate vendor records, including W-9 and 1099 compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment-related issues.

To be a fit, you must have:

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
