Pay Range : $25-29/hr

Role Overview :

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist

with our client located in Fairfield, OH. Our client is a is a manufacturing company that provides magnetic reed switches, sensors, power magnetics and other electronic components for military, medical, industrial, automotive and other applications. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be brought in on a contract basis for a period of 2-3 months. This is a fully onsite position in their Fairfield, OH office.

Responsibilities:

• Process 50 to 75 invoices daily within a 3-way match environment
• Process payments, minimal physical checks, most payments done in Oracle and/or on customer portals
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Interact daily with other departments as well as vendors
• Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AP experience in a 3 way match environment
• Excel: Must be comfortable working in excel, including manipulating existing pivot tables
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile AP accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Oracle experience preferred, not required
