Summary

The A/P Specialist supports the team by processing payments, verifying invoices and performing account reconciliations to ensure the organization’s expenditures are accurate.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately record and issue payment for all invoices and expense reports, in an organized and timely manner.
• Resolve all payables related issues.
• Work collaboratively with all internal cross functional teams to process invoices.
• Create new vendor accounts.
• Assist in month end closing process.
• Provide support for internal and external audits as necessary.
• Help prepare annual 1099 Forms.
• Identify and contribute to improve AP process and controls.
• Provide support for projects and perform additional duties as needed to support the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1- 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a multi-site environment and/or healthcare organization preferred.
