Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $55K - $65K + 5% bonus

Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. Responsible for 3-way processing accounts payable transactions, setting up vendors per vendor policy, processing intercompany transactions, set up the approved disbursement batches, month end close processes, review customer contract related deferred.



Responsibilities:

  • Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions for multiple subsidiaries
  • Support the month-end close process, focusing on 24-hour timely invoice processing and meeting the close timeline
  • Work closely with the Purchasing team to accurately process AP and proactively meet Supplier relationships
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of Ramp bill pay to enhance AP processes and efficiency
  • Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Assist with audit requests by preparing and providing accurate support • Handle special projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher, preferred
  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable of 3-way matching
  • Manufacturing company experience • Experience working in multinational companies • Experience using with NetSuite ERP
  • Experience with AP automation tools (e.g., Ramp) is a plus
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Fluent in English


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3-way match and resolving price/quantity variances.
  • Strong SAP experience, especially related to new system implementations.
  • Concur and T&E processing experience.
