Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

Comtanix is a fast-growing IT company located in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi. We are currently looking for experienced individuals for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

An enthusiastic and proactive individual with strong English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a skilled financial professional who can process, track, and record payments accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliations.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Obtain and print signatures on all checks.
• Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other details.
• Demonstrate familiarity with purchase order processes.

Requirements:

• BBA or equivalent degree with a specialization in Finance.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel formulas.
• Ability to work the night shift.

Skills:

MS Office, Outlook, Finance, Reconciliation, QuickBooks Online.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
