What You’ll Do

• Assist our Data Associates with purchase order reconciliation.
• Scanning and labeling invoices on a daily basis
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Handle vendor and branch personnel calls and inquiries
• Assist A/P Manager on projects as requested and implement process improvement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of one to two years of experience in accounts payable or handling other accounting responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced PC skills with Basic Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to find errors
• Self-starter who presents a professional image and attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal relationship and office/customer teamwork skills
• Strong ethical and moral beliefs to uphold company values.
