Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Utilize Excel and accounting systems for tracking and reporting

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills (required)
