Accounts Payable Supervisor

Our client is a consulting firm and they are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team. This role is 100% remote, but for payroll and tax purposes, this employee must live in the state of Colorado, Florida or Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assist with overseeing and managing scanned invoices.
• Monitor and run aging reports for weekly check run.
• Identify and resolve any issues preventing timely disbursements including credits.
• Assist with reviewing and approving all entries in the department for batch posting.
• Ensure that the proper financial information is maintained for historical purposes and in accordance with agency policies. This includes invoices, documentation, and W9 files.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience at a professional service firm
• Must have experience working in a small to mid-sized company (less than 4000 employees)
• NetSuite experience is required
• Must have at least 1 year of managerial experience
• A bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Must reside in the state of Colorado, Florida or Texas

The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
