ABOUT THIS ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE CLERK ROLE

In this Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk position, you'll become a key part of our financial operations, moving seamlessly between accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting tasks. Your days will include creating and posting invoices, applying payments, resolving discrepancies, processing vendor invoices, matching purchase orders, assisting with weekly check runs, reconciling statements, preparing sales tax returns, supporting the monthend close, and contributing to audits and special projects. You'll ensure compliance, maintain accuracy, and collaborate with your team, both remotely and during your inoffice days, to keep our financial processes running smoothly and efficiently.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a fulltime, Monday–Friday position from 8:00 am–5:00 pm. The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring a commute to our De Pere, WI office twice per week and as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE CLERK

Our company is seeking someone with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Techsavviness and adaptability to emerging technologies
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, xlookups, Copilot)
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
• EPICOR/Kinetics or other ERP experience preferred
• Industrial distribution experience is highly desirable
