Role Summary

Techanzy Limited is hiring a QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper for a part-time remote role. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and can manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ensure clean records, and complete monthly reconciliations.

Mandatory Requirement

• ⁠ ⁠Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) (must)

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Perform day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
• ⁠ ⁠Record and categorize transactions accurately
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain proper bookkeeping records and supporting documentation
• ⁠ ⁠Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• ⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal team to collect and track *bills, invoices, and transaction details
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure bills/invoices are properly recorded against the correct transactions
• ⁠ ⁠Support basic reporting and bookkeeping clean-up when required

Skills & Qualifications

• ⁠ ⁠QBO experience (mandatory)
• ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of bookkeeping basics (income/expense classifications)
• ⁠ ⁠Good attention to detail and accuracy
• ⁠ ⁠Clear communication and coordination skills
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with deadlines (monthly closing/reconciliation)

• ⁠ ⁠Occasional onsite training sessions in Lahore (DHA Phase 8) if needed
