Accounts Receivable Administrator/Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator/Executive Assistant to help take us to the next level who keeps official corporate records and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with the Senior Team. Performs administrative, secretarial, and clerical support functions for the company’s executive staff, and enters the company’s payroll summary entry.

  • Maintains and secures corporate files including registrations, contracts, leases, capital asset records, and other corporate documentation and correspondence.
  • Exhibits and promotes a competent and professional atmosphere and demeanor within the executive offices and across the company in representation of the executive staff.
  • Assists in preparation of reports, creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files, as directed.
  • Deposits cash/checks each day. Includes deposits taken to the bank and scanning check deposits.
  • Posts all deposits, including ROA deposits from branches and Lockbox deposits.
  • Keeps all company sensitive information and documents confidential and secured.
  • Participates in training, learns and develops knowledge and skills necessary in company’s applications software to perform basic functions of position.
  • Performs all work in a safe logical, orderly, timely, and skillful manner. Follows company’s policies and procedures.
  • Constantly strives and works to improve technical and customer service skills. Develops and maintains knowledge of industry products, trends, and technology. Skills and conducts self as a “customer service professional.”
  • Participates in the company’s performance evaluation processes. Sets goals for improvement and strives to achieve.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires knowledge of company’s SX Enterprise software applications and MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, he/she is in an office setting but is exposed to our branch showrooms, warehouses, and open areas occasionally.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and regular days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional days and hours may be required due to business needs. Partial Saturdays during the busy season for over-rides.
Travel
Occasional travel to other branch locations may be required. Valid driver’s license is required.
