Accounts Receivable Executive

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team!

This is what we are looking for.

This role is responsible for receivables management and risk profile of the receivables/customers book. Partnering with Sales, Customer Service and Logistics to drive continuous improvement in our DSO’s.

Work closely with the customers:

• providing monthly SOA;
• addressing issues (following up invoices & LPO issues);
• following up emails / calls for payments;
• development of payment plans/payment negotiations;

customer visits.

• Block customer accounts as and when it is necessary to reduce credit risk/exposure.
• Coordinate with sales team on customer issues.
• Ensure the timely collection of debtors.
• Create Cash and Credit Accounts as per the requirement.
• Monthly rebate analysis and advice of necessary/appropriate provision.
• Follow up issues related to cash sales.
• Reconciling Customer receipts.
• Managing debt collection/legal actions against defaults.
• Ad hoc reporting as required
• Attends to tasks given by the management.

Development/Learning Opportunities:

• Involvement in reporting;
• Landed costing;
• Inventory management (leading to better “product” knowledge);
• E-commerce – already starting to be involved in B2C process and reconciliation.
