Accounts receivable quality analyst

• Audit AR Calling calls and workflows for accuracy, communication quality, and adherence to process guidelines.
• Identify errors, quality gaps, and provide feedback to the team.
• Maintain performance reports and quality scorecards.
• Support training and calibration sessions to improve overall team performance.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and HIPAA standards.
• Work closely with team leads to implement process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of the US Healthcare RCM process (especially AR calling).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify root causes of errors.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quality reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
