Multi-Location Specialty Physician Practice – Indianapolis, IN

Join our growing Specialty Physician Practice! We are looking for experienced AccountsReceivable (A/R) Representatives to join our fast-paced revenue cycle team. If you’re skilled in insurance billing, claim follow-up, and providing excellent customer service, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and follow up on patient accounts to ensure accurate, timely claim submission
• Research and resolve unpaid or denied claims; file appeals as needed
• Communicate with patients, payers, and clinic staff to resolve account issues
• Establish repayment arrangements and request refunds when appropriate
• Work with insurance carriers to secure payments and remittances
• Identify denial trends and report issues that impact reimbursement
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality

What You Bring

• 2+ years of healthcare insurance or A/R experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem/BCBS, managed care & commercial payers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic/Acumen preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of CPT/ICD-10 basics and medical terminology
