As an Accounts Receivable Support Specialist, you will support daily AR operations by ensuring accurate cash application, reducing aging balances, and maintaining strong customer communication. This role exists to protect financial accuracy and support timely collections. You will partner closely with the Collections and Cash Application Manager to help maintain clean receivables and reliable reporting.
Post customer payments accurately and resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile unapplied cash and support timely month-end close.
Assist with aging reviews and follow up on past-due balances.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding invoices and account status.
Monitor and respond to shared AR inbox inquiries.
Document collection and cash activity in ERP and CRM systems.
Use JD Edwards, Blackline AR Module, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and Microsoft tools to process transactions.
Support process improvements and assist with special projects.
You maintain a high level of accuracy in repetitive, detail-driven work.
You manage deadlines and prioritize tasks independently.
You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
You follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately.
You stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
You demonstrate accountability for your work.
Required:
1+ year of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, Blackline AR Module, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems.
