Amanah Group is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communication-driven Accounts & Recovery Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bank reconciliations, overseeing client recovery schedules, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining professional communication with clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor financial records and client ledgers
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and payment matching
• Manage recovery plans and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Finance departments regarding payment status
• Prepare reports on collections, aging balances, and reconciliations
• Handle client communication professionally regarding payments and commitments
• Resolve discrepancies in records and maintain financial accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and reporting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Relevant experience in accounts, reconciliation, and recovery management with brands.
• Strong command of Excel Sheets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
