Accounts Support Executive

About the Role:

EcomSpot are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Support Executive to provide financial insights and operational support to our supply chain clients. This role involves tracking key financial metrics, managing payroll, handling remittance-related tasks, and preparing cash flow planning reports. You will work closely with account managers to ensure clients receive accurate and actionable financial information. Prior experience in the e-commerce or supply chain industry will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial summaries related to inventory valuation, sales, and operational costs.
• Assist in cash flow planning, forecasting inflows and outflows to support operational decisions.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial snapshots for clients.
• Reconcile inventory and purchase records with financial statements.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and timelines.
• Support client account teams with ad-hoc financial queries and reports.
• Handle remittance-related tasks, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Apply basic financial concepts in client deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of basic finance principles.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and remittance handling.
• E-commerce or supply chain business model experience preferred.
