Overview: Kinetics Group is seeking a motivated Acoustic Sales Engineer with strong technical understanding and solid experience in sales of acoustic and noise control solutions. This role combines technical expertise with client engagement to support project requirements and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the acoustics and noise control sector
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical acoustic solutions
- Support clients throughout the sales cycle, including after-sales coordination
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project execution.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 4–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in acoustics or related industries
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain solutions clearly to clients
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required
