Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ACP Installer to carry out installation of Aluminum Composite Panels on building façades and related structures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in façade cladding works, strong technical skills, and the ability to work safely at height while ensuring high-quality finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) on building façades as per approved drawings.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
• Carry out marking, leveling, drilling, fixing, and alignment of ACP panels.
• Install subframes, aluminum support systems, and related façade structures.
• Ensure proper joint alignment, sealing, and finishing quality.
• Work at height using scaffolding, lifts, and other access equipment safely.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other installation teams.
• Report site issues, material shortages, and technical problems to supervisors.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all site safety rules and company quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in ACP installation or façade cladding works.
• Ability to read basic shop drawings and installation details.
• Experience in façade systems and aluminum cladding works.
• Familiarity with working at height and using access equipment (scaffolding, boom lift).
• Knowledge of materials such as ACP sheets, aluminum profiles, and fixing systems.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of cutting, drilling, and fabrication tools.
• Understanding of façade safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Experience in silicone sealing and finishing works.
• Ability to work as part of a team under site supervision.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
