Acquisitions Manager

SALARY IS $5-$6 USD per hour + commissions

We're looking for a self-motivated, coachable, and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced real estate investment team. You'll help us build relationships with realtors and keep our acquisitions pipeline strong by sourcing off-market deals and organizing critical data.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with a confident phone presence. Advanced level required — C1 or C2 with minimal to no accent.
• Real estate experience is a MUST.
• Coachable, self-starter, and driven by performance.
• CRM experience is a plus (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
• Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. hours (EST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call real estate agents daily (minimum volume required)
• Source and qualify potential deals — gather property details, seller motivation, pricing, and timelines.
• Input detailed notes into our CRM
• Schedule follow-up calls and respond promptly to agent inquiries.
• Monitor inbound leads and follow up quickly to maximize deal flow.
