Job Overview
A personal care home in Leechburg is seeking a fun and organized adult to coordinate activities throughout the week. Monthly calendar to be coordinated, money for supplies and activities provided. If you have a creative mind and a passionate heart, then this is the job for you. Typically Monday - Friday with one 8:30-4:30/ 9-5/ or 10-6 with one Saturday a month.

Duties

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of engaging activities, events, and entertainment programs tailored to the elderly and the handicapped.
• Manage activity schedules, coordinate with team members, and adapt plans as needed to maintain a lively atmosphere.
• Assist with food service operations during events or activities that include concessions or snack stations.
• Maintain safety standards by supervising activities closely
• Manage inventory and submit a list of needs
• Creative and understanding that the residents are your priority

Qualifications

• hospitality, or customer service roles that involve organizing or leading group activities.
• Previous experience working with elderly is highly desirable; patience and enthusiasm are essential qualities.
• Experience in food service or theater arts can enhance your ability to engage guests creatively.

Pay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hour
