Ad Creative Designer (Full-Time, Remote – Pakistan Based)

Ahmed Solutions is a performance marketing agency headquartered in Ireland. We work with international service businesses and e-commerce brands to help them scale through paid advertising, creative strategy, and high-quality ad production.

We also operate Patients Flow, our healthcare marketing division, working with U.S.-based private medical clinics—primarily chiropractors—to generate and schedule patient inquiries using paid advertising and structured communication automation.

Our creative team plays a central role across all divisions, producing performance-focused static and video ads for various digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Ad Creative Designer who is strong in both static design and video ad editing. You will create performance-driven ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid platforms.

We also produce a growing volume of AI-style ad creatives, so candidates must be comfortable using AI-assisted tools and workflows to generate concepts, variations, and visually modern creative outputs.

Candidates who are experienced only in static design or only in video editing will not be shortlisted. This role requires versatility in both.

Core Responsibilities

Ad Creative Production (Primary Focus)

  • Produce static ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid platforms.
  • Edit video ads, reels, story ads, hooks, and short-form content for performance campaigns.
  • Create multiple creative variations based on feedback from media buyers and performance data.
  • Develop concepts and ideas for campaigns across service and e-commerce niches.
  • Incorporate AI-driven design methods to generate modern, high-performing ad styles.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work with media buyers, creative strategists, and account managers to refine ad direction.
  • Participate in internal creative reviews to improve messaging, visuals, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with ad trends, hooks, formats, and platform best practices.

Additional Responsibilities (Secondary Workload)

These tasks are part of the role but not the main focus:

  • Assist with occasional creative work for the founder, Waqas Ahmed (branding visuals, graphics).
  • Support editing of YouTube videos, thumbnails, or short clips when required.
  • Design internal assets such as social posts, presentation graphics, or agency visuals.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience designing ad creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both static ads and video ads (required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
  • Ability to create AI-style ad creatives and work with AI-assisted workflows.
  • Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and conversion-focused design.
  • Ability to produce creatives for both e-commerce and service niches.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and consistency.
  • Must have: a reliable laptop, professional editing tools, strong internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM PKT (Night shift aligned with U.S. operating hours)

Compensation & Growth

  • Salary Range: 70,000 PKR to 80,000 PKR per month (based on experience & portfolio).
  • Performance-based bonuses and structured salary reviews.
  • Growth opportunities toward Senior Ad Creative Lead based on consistent output and quality.

Terms

  • Full-time position with a 3-month probation period.
  • No external freelance, agency work, or side-client work allowed during employment.
