Reporting to: Shift leader / Production manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all instructions made by the shift leader / production manager / Deputy Production manager.
• Prepare the paper reels (upper – lower) by removing the coversheets and any damaged or waved sheets.
• Install the reels in their positions with aligning to the working ones.
• Prepare the dry/liquid additives and fill their silos to the preferred level for production.
• Continuously inspect the additive’s silos /Tanks levels and paper reels
• Report and help in maintenance of any sudden faults occurs in the machine
• Wearing his PPE (personal protective equipment) and following the safety procedures in the plant.
• Maintain the cleaning actions for the forklift on a shift basis.
• Perform the cleaning tasks needed in the maintenance day.
• Perform the end of month inventory count for the raw materials.
• Fill the daily paper report & the daily additive Report.

Tool required: 1/shift

Education: Primary grade graduated at least

Experience: Min.2years experience at same position.
