(preferably studying Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field).
Program Overview
The Real Estate Internship Program is designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to real estate operations within a dynamic retail and franchise environment. Interns will support the Real Estate team across various functions, including portfolio management, lease administration, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, while gaining practical insight into corporate real estate processes.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate locally and across markets to support activities related to
opening new stores
, as well as
renovations, relocations, and store closures
.

Assist in
Portfolio Management
and
Lease Administration Management
activities.

Prepare and maintain
reports and summaries
by cluster or market, as required.

Liaise with the
Finance/Accounts team
on all payment-related matters, including invoices and refunds related to landlord contracts.

Review, record, and track
rent reductions and rent savings
.

Support Real Estate Managers in
day-to-day real estate operations
and ongoing initiatives.

Drive and track
Real Estate operational initiatives
for both
Retail and Franchise
projects, ensuring timely communication and progress updates.

Review
BPM (Contract Approval Process) Forms
to support internal approval workflows.

Assist in reviewing
corporate lease agreements
and track legal comments and inputs from various stakeholders.

Coordinate with
landlords, leasing consultants, and internal departments
to help resolve corporate leasing-related matters.

Support compliance with
Emerging Markets Central lease guidelines
.

Review, communicate, and assist in implementing
global real estate policies
, ensuring adherence and compliance.
