Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: I-11/3 Islamabad

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team at Funprime Technology. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Handle office supplies, procurement, vendor management, and utility arrangements.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and company activities.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital).
  • Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks (attendance, leaves, reimbursements, etc.).
  • Ensure office facilities, IT equipment, and infrastructure are properly maintained.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational requirements.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) and provide timely updates to management.
  • Assist in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as an Admin Officer/Executive in a corporate or tech environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling IT assets, office infrastructure, and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of basic HR/admin policies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
