Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative professional to support daily office operations. The role involves handling clerical tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative systems
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
  • Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks (invoices, expenses, petty cash)
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Support HR tasks such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding documents

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English and Arabic is must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD280.000 - KD300.000 per month
