Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer who is currently available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations and supporting management to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters, and documents)
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital records)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Support HR and accounts departments when required
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and ordered on time

Requirements

  • Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
  • Available for immediate joining
  • Proven experience in an administrative role (2+ years preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in Bahrain/GCC market is an advantage
