Accounting:

  • Manage accounts payable & receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Prepare VAT returns (UAE)
  • Maintain financial records and reports
  • Assist in monthly closing

Administration:

  • Handle office administration tasks
  • Maintain files and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients
  • Manage emails and correspondence
  • Support HR tasks (attendance, payroll coordination)
