Admin & Accounting Assistant - (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Assistant to support daily office operations and basic accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates to start their career in administration and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain records/files
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Support HR/admin tasks when required

Accounting Tasks:

  • Maintain basic accounts and financial records
  • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and vouchers
  • Assist in daily cash handling and expense tracking
  • Perform data entry in accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks)
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and reports

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Responsible and detail-oriented
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per hour
