Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated Admin & Accounts Executive to support daily office operations, basic accounting, and HR coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn across multiple business functions.

KRA: Tasks / Activities

Manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, and logistics.

Handle bookkeeping and data entry in Tally.

Support in GST filing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.

Maintain office supplies, petty cash, and expense records.

Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for smooth daily operations.

KPI: Performance Metrics

Accuracy in financial data and reporting.

Timely completion of administrative tasks.

Effective vendor and resource management.

Compliance with accounting and documentation standards.

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel.

Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with vendor management or office operations.

Exposure to HR coordination.

Attitude Required for This Position

Detail-oriented and accountable.

Team player with a proactive approach.

Willingness to take initiative and multitask effectively.

Experience & Eligibility (E in BARE Fit)

Experience Range: 1–2 years

Language(s): English, Tamil

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any degree

Gender: Male/Female

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
