Role Description
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone calls with proper phone etiquette, ensuring effective communication within the organization, and assisting executives with administrative tasks. The role will also require strong clerical skills.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in administrative assistance
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and effective communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in advertising is plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active clients
  • Conduct researches to expand company's portfolio
  • Communicate with third parties and ensure proper coordination
  • Response and receive new inquires from existing clients
