We are looking for an organized and dynamic Admin Assistant to join our team and support our boutique’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and boutique staff.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and inventory documentation.
  • Support HR and accounting functions, including attendance tracking, petty cash, and filing.
  • Coordinate deliveries, supplier communication, and stock documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, travel, and store events.
  • Manage office supplies and boutique maintenance needs.
  • Help ensure smooth store operations by supporting sales, marketing, and management teams as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards at all times.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support (experience in retail or fashion preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and positive attitude.
  • Professional appearance and enthusiasm for fashion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
