Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and correspondence
  • Assist in coordinating communication between departments
  • Manage calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Support HR, Purchase, and Accounts departments as required

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant (automotive field preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
