Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors professionally
  • Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain and update patient files and medical records
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment records
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and internal communication
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory records
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information
  • Support hospital administration in daily operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (any discipline preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic understanding of hospital or clinic operations
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
