ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

Provides crucial support to both the administrative and HR functions to ensure efficient office operations and smooth employee management. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring HR and administrative records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support HR with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing employment documents, and maintaining employee files.
  • Manage employee attendance records and support HR in preparing payroll data.
  • Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and employee training sessions.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and maintain records of employee benefits and contracts.
  • Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and provide information on employment policies.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees as needed.
  • Handle office supply orders and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of HR and office data, including employee information.
  • Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and managing petty cash.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator with at least 1 year of HR-related responsibilities.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR software and databases is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage.

Salary Package

1,800 + Accommodation provided by the Company.
